  The film was lovely, our little boy was amazed to hear Father Christmas talking to him

  For me this video made christmas day. It was the perfect day to set the tone and my son age 6 absolutly believed it! The combination of Santa using My sons name along with actual photo's made it and even more magical experience and Ihave to say an emotional one for me as Seeing my Son watch rhe video with such delight really touch my heart! Definately signing up again for next year!

  The kids really loved hearing their names and seeing the photos. Only issue was that it was not clear that for 2 kids that you needed to put in photos with both of them in it so it ended up that one appeared first and then when it got to the Nice List the other one appeared.

  My neice loved the santa message video she was shouting at the screen as he was searching for her on the good list the relief on her face when he found her was heartwarming. The site was easy to use and i will be ordering next year for all my neices and nephews the wowcher deal was money well spent but i did have an issue with it working on my phone and ipad it eventually worked on my sisters phone

  Our sons were totally amazed by the video - as were we! Its accuracy and 'authenticity' were exceptional, and the length was ideal for keeping young, excitable minds engaged. Our family will cherish this for many years - thank you!

  This was a great way to end the Christmas build up with the children watching it before bed on Christmas Eve. Only down side was my daughter's name was not on the list of choices but managed to find one that sounded similar. She didn't notice! Would recommend and will do it again next year.

  My daughter loved the finished product. It helped her go to bed on Christmas eve. She heard every personalised part and often repeats it now. My only dissappointment was that the preview didnt play very well on my iphone, but kept getting stuck and sounded very stuccato. I almost returned it. However once downloaded to a computer, played beautifully with no problems. This might be worth mentioning to orospective buyers.

  This video made my little granddaughters Christmas Eve really special. She watched it just before she went to bed so she had lovely thoughts to fall asleep with. Better than any Santa letter. Fantastic service.

  My children loved the letter and the listened to me delightfully when I read it. I took a little bit more than I expected to arrive, but still got in time. I recommend it!

  Im really happy with the elfi video. The only drawback is that it dont comes in swedish. Hoppfully its comming.

  Very happy with the video, although we purchased for 2 kids and only one of the kids names were included on the naughty/nice list so we had alittle explaining to do but other than that we were delighted with their reaction.

  The video is great... but I noticed that another review had the same issue as me. Before showing my 2 daughters, I skimmed through the video and noticed that Santa had said "You live here" but was a picture of my daughter's toy she wants for Christmas. I know I checked the pictures I submitted before ordering so to know that I wasn't the only one that had the same issue doesn't make me feel as bad... but I paid nearly $20 for this, so I expect better. Wish we are able to at least view the video (or the parts that we personalized) before our payment is submitted.

  Letter from Santa Claus was great for our 5 year old granddaughter who thought it was fantastic.

  I have not received my letter which was posted 10 days ago - very disappointed in this service - despite having contacted them - no response

  Excellent video, greatly enjoyed by our 7-year-old grandson and near-2yo granddaughter. Happily, young Michael is still a believer and is determined to be on best behaviour - at least up to the 25th! Thanks, nice concept.

  Absolutely wonderful video! Our son is just learning about christmas and to see his eyes widen when his name was mentioned and photos appear was unforgettable!!   Video was excellent apart from santa got the name wrong for one of the grandchildren and as it was a joint video it would have been nice for each of the children to see a wanted present and not just one

  I sent the letter to my parents as I won't be with them for Christmas this year. It gave me the perfect way to tell them how much I will miss them. As a family we love all things Christmas and I know they were thrilled that Santa took the tome to write to them.

  The video and letter were both excellent. However we encountered a slight misprint on the certificate included with the letter. Certificate is spelt with one 'F'.. not two ( see photo added ) !! Not going to send the whole back just for one letter, but check the contents thoroughly when they arrive.

  I bought this for my Grandchildren and the sheer amazement and excitement on their faces when they viewed the video it was magical. thoroughly recommend.

  The quality was great, however it would be better if you could put in the names and comments of your choice and not pick from a list. They didn't have our names and we had to choose similar names. Also there is only room for 1 letter even though I paid for 2 children. I included 2 letters but 1 came up as Santa said "you live here" and showed the 2nd child's Christmas list. Needs improvement.

  Satisfied with my purchase. but it would have been even better to receive a DVD in the mail, as well ... A more realistic touch :P `Oh my gosh, there is a video from Santa in the mail!`

  The video was superb - seamless in edit and quality. My little boy's eyes lit up when watching it... think it has definitely added a little extra magic to our Christmas.
