What a disappointment. The video was minimal and the whole system was geared towards upping your purchases. I tried Elfi after becoming disenchanted with a similar site which has reduced the length and content of messages over the last few years but I'm afraid that I won't bother next year.

We were so happy with our video. It was so realistic and my daughter thought it was real. Including the photos of the kids and using their names meant that it was believable. I brought this last year for my son, who is now 5 and downloaded it to the computer, he watched it on a regular basis throughout the year and that's why I decided to get another this year. The new one didn't disappoint either and he watched it regularly up until Christmas eve. I know you only put up five star reviews so this seems, again, a waste of time. The product itself was brilliant but I was charged three times and it seems impossible to get anyone to give me a refund for the two extra videos. Not pleased, Christmas eve and still no letter. I purchased letters, checked out with PayPal and only after I placed order was delivery time made clear. Most companies state delivery prior to checkout, but as a .co.uk website thought over a week to deliver would be sufficient, but no... not at all happy and purchased two letters.
