Good video but no call I am happy with how the video turned out. It was quite long, the quality was good, but there was no video call at the end of it so a bit dissapointed.

Magical I used Elfi last year for my granddaughter who was 2 then and she loved the video, so I thought is she’s 3 I would do it again this year. Obviously, she hasn’t seen it yet but I am more than happy with it. I can’t wait to see her expression again when Santa says her name. Absolutely magical.i wasn't too sure… Absolutely magical.i wasn't too sure how the video would turn out, but it was brilliantly done and so much fun for the kids to see x they're faces when they first saw their pictures and when Santa talked about how old the children were and their favourites to do. It was really easy and straight forward to fill in, and once it was done you got the chance to watch it and then edit anything you wasn't happy with.

Easy personalized video Very easy to set up personalized video and I'm not techy 😜 I've done this for a few years now and although the 'kids' are older they still look forward to their video, it's become a Christmas tradition.

First time using the service this… First time using the service this Christmas and we were not disappointed. We used the video with phone call option and it blew my daughters mind.
