  10/10 Amazing. Showed video to our 7 yr old son who was wavering, after words of advice from Santa and seeing "mam and dad who love him very much" he got a bit emotional but now believes for at least another year. Thank you

  I love your site! I have sent videos to my friends children. They absolutely love their personal videos from Santa. Please may I ask you to add the names Yonas and Miai ( pronounced with I not E Miia not Meea) I really want to send with their names correct as it makes it so special. Thank you

  I have emailed twice and sent a facebook message, you say you reply typically within 1-2 Days and it's been over 3 days. I have emailed as i would like a name added and as Christmas is approaching and seeing the review below whereby 2 weeks have by for other customers whose children's names are still not added. What is going to change on this Friday? Perhaps on the site you should provide specific dates where all new names are collated after a certain period and put on the website to prevent anxious parents who are eagerly checking the site to see if the name is added. This communication in turn will relieve the stress from customers and also avoids negative feedback from us. Please let me know when I should expect my name to be added. Thank you Sonia

  Hi I requested the name Amalie to be and you told me it would be added in the next few days. 2 weeks have gone by and still no name. Can you tell me when it is going to happen? Also, I you added Amalie last year!! Why isn’t still there from last year? Look forward to your reply Grantly

  Hi I sent an email on the 2/12/2017 to get Elsie added and it still isn’t there can you tell me when it will be.

  I ordered several golden letters from Santa. my three-year-old granddaughter did not spend a whole day with this letter. she was happy. And the nine-year-old nephew, with the help of this letter, again believed in Santa's existence. Santa's letter in his letter wrote his name. that was great. Thank you very much. That Elfie gave the opportunity to please my little native people.

  The video was amazing and magical, kids loved it. However, but disappointing that my daughters name wasn't available and she picked up on it.If you can improve with the names and add a few more personalised features kids would love it and a great help for parents to. Thank you!

  After all the videos I have ordered over the past couple of years I was disappointed that the code I entered of ELF130 was not honoured Not good as i was told by email it was valid until 15 /12 with 30% off Anyway, that as maybe I still absolutely love the videos and so do my friends and family HaPpY Christmas ? ???

  The video was magical. However, one of the childrens names was not on the list. Would it be possible to create names from pre-recorded vowels? For example, the name Edie.

  My grandchildren watched the video so intently. They made woos wows at all the perfect places. It made my heart melt to see my grandchildren enjoy Christmas for what it was ment to be all about, it was just like I remember Christmas years ago.

  Not very impressed , videos were great but the letter had spelling mistakes , also had written in the sentences coma to be removed which obviously shouldn’t have been there .

  Missing names still haven't been added. I was told beginning of December, any idea when Freya will be added? I've already purchased the voucher so at the moment I've wasted my money!!
