The beginning
We all like Santa Claus. As children, we all sat with a piece of paper and wrote our wishes for Christmas at least once. Who wouldn’t like to receive that very special correspondence? But Lapland is so far away – will Santa be able to understand my letter, and find the time to reply?

One dream
You couldn’t even dream of finding Santa on the internet back then, but we did all dream that, one day, Santa would write back to us.
Instead of dreaming, we decided to help Santa deal with his busy schedule by creating an official branch of his office to restore everyone’s belief in the Christmas magic. And so we carefully pack, stamp and check each individual letter. We’ve also persuaded Santa to embrace a new technology – video – and stream directly from Lapland. Our elf team have given Santa some good training so that today, no matter where you are, you won’t miss out on that most special of Christmas moments.

Grudzień, to zdecydowanie moja ulubiona pora roku 🎄Mimo chłodu i wszechobecnej ciemności 😂😉~Przyznam, że od kiedy, te dwa małe elfy pojawiły się w moim życiu, okres świąteczny zyskał dla mnie szczególnego znaczenia.~Cieszy mnie sam fakt przygotowywania niespodzianek, planowania zdarzeń, konspirowania, a wszystko po to, by jak najwiecej momentów zapisało się w ich pamięci, jako magiczne chwile. 🥰~Jedna z tych chwili właśnie za nami. Chłopcy obejrzeli video od św. Mikołaja @elfisanta ,które pokazywałam Wam na instastory, a które zamawiam im już od pięciu lat. ~Uśmiecham się nawet, gdy pisze ten post, bo towarzyszy mi tyle pozytywnych emocji. Z resztą, za każdym razem, jestem tak samo podekscytowana i wzruszona tą, mikołajową sytuacją.~Cudownie jest być rodzicem, w takich chwilach doceniam to, jakby bardziej 😉🥰 🤷🏻‍♀️.Uczestniczenie w tych magicznych momentach, tworzenie wspomnień przez smaki, zapachy, tradycje, codzienne gesty i obserwowanie reakcji moich, małych ludzi, którzy uczą się świata, to prawdziwe szczęście. Jestem wdzięczna, że mogę spojrzeć na świat ich oczami, który jest beztroski, dobry i bezpieczny.~Przed nami kreatywny wieczór i magiczny poranek 😉🎅🏼🤶🏼 Prawda?🤪~Czy wszystkie Elfie ręce są już zwarte i gotowe do działania? ☺️Jesteście już w blokach startowych? 😄 Gotowi do zjedzenia ciasteczek? First time using the service this… First time using the service this Christmas and we were not disappointed. We used the video with phone call option and it blew my daughters mind. Easy to set up and had my video within 2 hours. Also sent a request for help as wasn’t sure how the phone call worked and had a response within 20 minutes.
