  Absolutely brilliant! My daughters loved the video and the letter was great, I personalised it as youngest had asked a couple of questions in her letter to Santa.

  Lovely video the best one we've used only disappointing thing was they didn't have my son's name (Ajay) which was a bit of a let down as we had already paid for the video through Wowcher.

  Wow! What can I say. What a great idea. My little boys reaction was priceless. "Santa knows my name and that I am 5yrs old. An I want to be a superhero! I LOVE SANTA!!! Followed by jumping up and down while sqeaking with excitment. It was so great that I then ordered a 2nd for my sons xmas eve and for my grandchildren. This is a new family tradition.   This was the first Christmas my daughter wasn't with us and I thought this was a novel way for her to know we were thinking of her. I liked the idea and was impressed with the end result. It was quick. But I will note that watching the previews highlights what you need to look for when choosing photos and phrases.

  Lovely, beautiful and very imaginative. Our granddaughter was in awe watching all the way through, you could see her little mind ticking over thinking wow Santa really does exist! Seemed so real she has been to scared to watch it since. The only thing that was a problem my brother downloaded it on his phone after purchasing and he could not watch it (or his granddaughter) as it wasn't compatible on mobiles. Our granddaughters are both 3. But thank you we hope you bring it out again next year. As age is mentioned we won't be able to play it year after year that's the biggest downfall. But a truly great video. Thank you

  I teach pre-kindergarten and kindergarten in Shenyang, China. You guys made my childrens’ holiday season much more magical and brighter with the wonderful video! My kids were in total awe to hear Santa call out where they lived, and see Santa have pictures of themselves in his books! This was some of my students’ first experience with this Christmas tradition, and I thank y’all from the bottom of my heart for making this happen! Merry Christmas and a very happy 2018!

  Ordered on 20th Dec - nothing to say it wouldn't be received within 4 days. Still waiting on 27th...pointless now! Surprised it takes so long to PRINT a prepopulated letter - put it in an envelope and post it! Pay enough in posting to receive first class...

  I havemt received my letter so my daughter didnt get it in time for christmas.

  I purchased three vouchers on a deal website. Because I had not used a site like yours before, wasn’t sure what the process was. The site did not explain previously as to how many photos was required and a pic of the home was needed. This took a long time to process the first message. On attempting to repeat the process the website asked for a payment but this had already been done with the purchase of the vouchers. I did not continue with the further two messages and are very unhappy with the site. I will not be using it again.

  I and my grandchildren are disappointed because they didn't get the card in time for Christmas and I'm still awaiting delivery despite being advised that the card was despatched on 18th December.

  Fantastic!! My little girl was absolutely amazed that santa had send her that video, and that it was clearly the real santa as he had a pic of our house!! Highly recommended.

  Great idea for the kids..and really easy to do.. my grand kids love it..

  The website could be improved by being more diverse e.g. on the videos for adults section include same sex messages for same sex couples. The man playing santa clause looks like a shopping mall santa. You could get one with a naturally big white beard and portly figure to be just a little less fake looking. The choice of videos could be wider. You haven't done very much work to be charging £7.99. On the plus side the one video for adults youdo have is fun, and the ones for kids sort of bespoke. You have allot of 5 star reviews. Remindsme of Countries that have 99% people vote for the ruling party at elections. Whilst your video is quite good quality and different, you have much that could be improved including price!
