Fantastic product without ownership!! You don’t get an MP4 which makes streaming it to a TV almost impossible. Not impressed.

These DVDs are fantastic and bring an extra bit of magic to Christmas time. They are very well made and my son as well as his grandparents enjoyed watching it (it was played at least once a day for the majority of last December). The new video about the Christmas tree is really good and we can't wait to show it to my son this year. The Christmas Eve video is a great addition too and will complete his Christmas Eve box. Fantastic idea. Well done.

Although I preferred last year's more traditional straight from Santa Claus message, I still found the Elf video to be excellent. My grandsons were totally absorbed by it and amazed that Santa said their names! Will be ordering again next year!
Waste of money. 7 year daughter worked out it was a fake. Why is the snow not setttling on the people !!!!!

My child is 10, and it looks like it is too old for this kind of video, but he loved it and it was magic experience and very exiting, even to me- brought me to tears. Could be more positive choice to wish to child, not "Listen to mum", "brush yor teath" etc. it was difficult to choose but it is OK.

Honestly, I thought pricey for what you got. I did something similar the year before online for free so was expecting something more. Kids enjoyed it but just watched it once so probably not value for money. Good quality video though

Magical service. My son's initial reaction was amazing, then he couldn't stop watching the video over and over again. We just have a little drawback, the name of my son was not pronounced correctly and I would suggest correcting it for next year please!! His name is Eloy. It is a Spanish name and it is pronounced as "eloy" with Spanish vocal "e" instead of "iloy".

Magical-My daughter lapped up every word-she was blown away when she saw her photos! She didn’t want the post her letter this year-wanted to keep it and was worried Santa wouldn’t be able to read it. This really solved the problem-thank you.
The video was good my children where happy with it, but I think if Santa could of actually said the childrens name would of made it more special. As we have a video where santa did that.
