Overall good result, not quite perfect and confusing when setting up. But end result is ok and different....
Unfortunately this year we’re extremely disappointed in the new video ‘first star’ when we started watching it we was blown away by the intro to the video but then to our horror we noticed Santa beard wasn’t attached to his face (too big for his face) properly and at one point didnt look like he had a full beard covering his face! I don’t know if it’s just us that have seen this? Have informed the team of this now waiting for a refund such a shame as normally good service and magical videos for kids to enjoy

Fantastic videos. Very good quality. My son and all of the family really enjoyed watching these personalised videos. The Christmas Eve one was a great addition to my sons Christmas Eve box.
What a disappointment. The video was minimal and the whole system was geared towards upping your purchases. I tried Elfi after becoming disenchanted with a similar site which has reduced the length and content of messages over the last few years but I'm afraid that I won't bother next year.
NO options to use the name of my child , I tried everything and big disappoint . the video is nice but should be more flexible with the names .

We were so happy with our video. It was so realistic and my daughter thought it was real. Including the photos of the kids and using their names meant that it was believable.
It came really quickly too, which was great. My only criticism is how the kids names were pronounced. Otherwise it was brilliant.
Awww my girls were absolutely amazed with their video from Santa!! Their faces were a picture when they saw their own photos and heard all the personalised incerts.
It was beautifully done and something they have replayed over and over again.

I Love it!!! We speak Polish but my daughter read in English was do great to have option to choose language. They both Love it!!! It was third Year having letters from you and i will do it next Year and untill they will believe in Santa! I really Love it and kids Love it more great experience and huge smiles on their faces!

I thought the quality and turn around of the video was very good, however I found the cost quite expensive having used other companies previously. The reason I felt obliged to pay your charges was because you seemed to be the o my company that offered a video to multiple children
